QUIET HOURS - We are a family -oriented, privately owned and operated campground with Quiet Hours from l0:30 pm to 8 am. We appeal to those who enjoy peace and tranquility. Many guests return year after year because they know we do our best to provide such an atmosphere. Parties are not allowed or any other offensive behavior that disturbs fellow campers or our Staff.

A. RESERVATIONS 2008 for the General Public (1-2 sites)  

Will be taken as of 9am, March 1 for the current season!

1. SITE RATES (per site)
All prices subject to 5% GST & to change without notice.

	May 16 - Sept. 21
Trapper's Tent (1 double bed & 2 singles)	$74.00/night
Large Tipi (1 double bed & 2 singles)	$69.00/night
Small Tipi (2 single beds)	$49.00/night
Campsite (unserviced)	$23.00/night

2. SURCHARGES

Maximum per site: 2 tents or 2 RVs or one of each; the surcharge for the 2nd item is listed below. Tents include children's tents and storage tents.

Added Tent on Site	$10.00/night
Added RV on Site	$15.00/night
Facility Use Charge: If more than 4 adults in a large tipi/trapper's tent or more than 2 adults in a small one, applied to each extra adult (over age 16)	$ 5.00 /night
Pet Charge: pets must be leashed and may not be left alone at the site; each	$ 2.00 /night

FIREWOOD: Available for purchase on-site

4. HOW TO MAKE GENERAL RESERVATIONS

Reservations taken as of 9 a.m. March 1 for the current season.
We strongly recommend reservations, especially for all weekends & long weekends. If we've had a cancellation, you may get a reservation at the last minute. We do take drop-ins if we have space. Sites are held only for the period prepaid. We strongly recommend reservations, especially for weekends & long weekends. Site requests are taken but we reserve the right to make changes before check-in without notification.

1. MINIMUM STAYS on Regular Weekends: 2 nights; on Long Weekends: 3 nights (You can start your weekend on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday. If a site is booked for a Thursday & Friday night stay, that site is available for someone wanting just Saturday night.) The minimum stay requirement may be lifted just before a weekend begins if any sites are still left open; however, this does not change the minimum stay requirement for those who have already booked.
   
   
2. PAYMENT FOR GENERAL RESERVATIONS

   ALL RESERVATIONS ARE PREPAID.
   The amount may be paid in FULL, or as follows:

   • A DEPOSIT of the first night's fees is due on booking. Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival must be paid in full. Cheques and money orders - limited circumstances, please inquire when booking; For stays of 7 or more nights, please see section e. below) The BALANCE goes through automatically 7 days before arrival if by credit card.
   • Payments not received by due dates may result in the reservation being cancelled.

   If you prefer not to make a reservation, you can take your chances on whether or not we have space and just drop-in. Drop-ins pay in full on arrival.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GENERAL RESERVATIONS
   Your cancellation deadline is 7 days before arrival. If you cancel any or all nights before your deadline, there is a $10.00 administration charge per cancelled site/night. If you cancel any or all nights after your deadline, the first night cancelled on each site is non-refundable. Minimum stays are still required on weekends. After check-in - no refunds.

   LONG WEEK-END OVERRIDE
   If you cancel after your cancellation deadline, all three nights of the Long Weekend are non-refundable.

   Please Note: There are no refunds/rainchecks for the following:

   • cancellations after check-in time on the day of arrival
   • leaving early
   • showing up late or not at all ("no show")
     
     
4. FOR STAYS OF 7 OR MORE NIGHTS (General Reservations)
   Payment
   • Payment Deposit required is 50% of total site rental cost.
   • Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
   • Cancellation Deadline is 30 days before arrival:
     Any cancellations BEFORE the deadline – subject to a $10 administration charge per site/nt. Any cancellations
     AFTER the deadline – all monies paid are NONREFUNDABLE.
     
     
5. CHECK-IN TIME (Please call if you will be late!)
   • between 2:30pm and 9pm starting the last weekend in June UNTIL Labour Day (usually the first Monday in Sept.);
   • between 2:30pm and 8pm at all other times
     
     
   CHECK-OUT TIME
   • by ll am for Tipis & Trapper's Tents
   • by 12 noon for Campsites

6. ACCEPTED ON-SITE cash, credit cards (AMEX, VISA & MC), travelers cheques, Interac (debit card)

B. TOUR OPERATORS, INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS, GROUPS (3 or more sites), CORPORATE, SCHOOL & YOUTH GROUPS, TRAVEL AGENTS

Reservation, payment & cancellation policies for each of the above differ from General Reservations. Such information may be requested from the office as follows:
