Our beautiful Sioux canvas tipis are hand-painted with native-style designs. Each tipi sits on its own site, surrounded by forest and connected by a winding road to other sites. Guests bring their own bedding and camping supplies or rent from us.

Inside the Tipi

• Wooden floor
• Wood-frame beds with foam mattresses sealed in plastic
• Small kerosene heater and lantern (we supply the fuel)

Outside the Tipi

• Picnic table
• Fire pit with a half-grill for cooking (we suggest aluminium foil or an old frypan for use on the grill)

Sizes

Nine Large Tipis, each with one double bed and two single beds (comfortably sleeps four)

Three Small Tipis, each with two single beds (comfortaby sleeps two)

Spacing

All units are spaced well apart with trees between them.

Recommended to Bring

• Flashlights
• warm clothes (a jogging suit and socks are great for sleeping)
• warm bedding (better too much than too little, as the heater just takes the chill off)

• a cooler (we sell ice)
